Q. What benefits can I expect from using your services?

A. You can expect the following from using my services:

  • Clarity: Get clear on what you want, what you want to let go of, and the how of implementing the changes.
  • Choice: Learn to make choices that will empower your designed life as opposed to habitually reacting or deferring to something outside you to make choices for you.
  • Balance: Design your time to include all the things you value, like time with your family, exercise, creativity, healthy eating, giving, and play.
  • Action: What gets in the way of your designed life? What stops you? Acquire the tools to move forward.
  • Freedom: Drop the confusion and experience the lightness that comes from living a life you design.
  • Gratefulness: Awaken each day with a sense of confidence and purpose as you increasingly feed your soul. Notice how life gets better.

Q. Who benefits from your services?

A. Anyone can benefit from my services, but those who actually do are those who are tired of settling for less and are determined to invest in a future worth having. Designing your life is a co-creative process; it requires your involvement.

If you are not able or willing to do your part you will not benefit from anything I have to offer you — save your money. If you are willing, even somewhat reluctantly, you can absolutely have a designed life.

Q. How can I make the most of your services?

A. First, by recognizing that it is up to you to create the life you want, and second, to understand that the real work happens between the coaching calls as you apply in daily life what you discover on our calls together.

Clients who have most successfully designed fuller lives are those who:

  • Make a life decision to stop settling for less
  • Take responsibility for creating a future worth having
  • Embrace their courage in the face of fear or discomfort
  • Remember their ultimate goal when obstacles present themselves
  • Are willing to let go of the clutter that blocks energy in both the inner and outward spaces
  • Put into practice that which they learn in coaching, such as asking for what they want, saying No, following through, and celebrating
  • Follow their heart's lead and allow themselves to dream big

Q. How do I know that you are the person I should work with?

A. More than anything else, the relationship between coach and coachee must be clear, trusting and safe. We will create together the "container" in which your designed life will spring forth.

Ask questions. Try it on. A complimentary session is always available so we can see how well we work together. Then trust yourself. What does it feel like to you? Do you feel supported? Will you be called forth? Is this a place you can safely make changes? Will this coach hold your vision even when you lose sight of it? Does this coach believe in you? Check in with your gut. You will know.

And remember that I, too, will be watching to see if working together is a good thing for us.
