I believe we are all adventurers on a quest to discover our created purpose. I bring an adventurer's spirit to the personal coaching realm. I have climbed over 30 of Colorado's highest peaks, about half of them solo or with Taylor the dog. Each mountain is as a mini-lifetime, unique in its challenges, approach, and resulting sense of accomplishment. I know what it is to set one's sites on the far horizon and do what it takes to get there. The false summits, on the mountains or in life, are especially challenging, demanding extra courage and stamina.

I am deeply committed to others having loving connection, support and growth in their relationships. A great life requires great courage. I understand how vital it is to be connected in strong, working relationships. From that place I passionately coach relationships.

My background prior to coaching was quite varied. I worked for lawyers as a receptionist and legal assistant. I've worked in the natural healing field in a variety of capacities. I've managed two small businesses, have been a college student, a housecleaner, and a bookkeeper. I've painted houses, been a Census taker, and was employed by Rocky Mountain National Park in the outdoors I love. I've waited tables, waited on a husband, and waited on God. I've raised a family, raised Golden Retrievers, and still grow an organic garden. I'm passionate about wild places, intimate relationships, and adventure. I write, make collages, take photos, and read a lot. I eat for health, work out at the gym, practice yoga, and value relationship with my God whom I call the Lover of my Soul.

I am in a constant process of balancing work and play and health and several of my other values. I find life fun, interesting, challenging and rewarding. It is a constant curiosity to me.
